We are planning to have the picnic on 28 December 2008 (Sunday) in Rajpur.

Please plan on this and confirm with any EC member by 15 December.

It will be helpful if you can make some advance payment as your confirmation.

The contribution is agreed on as follows: Rs 350/- for a family of size 2+1,

Rs 400/- for a family of size 2+2, Rs 150/- for single adult and Rs 50/- for

single child. The guests will pay Rs 175/- per adult and Rs 75/- per child.
